Those whose eyes are working fine, but unable to focus – i.e. those with short-sightedness, long-sightedness or have astigmatism, may want to see clearly again without the need for cumbersome glasses or contact lenses. They may undergo refractive surgery to restore the power in their eyes.

The latest addition to THONEH is a 6-storey extension (on progression) which will enable our Hospital to offer better and most up-to-date education, training, research and development in a better ambiance and house the Departments of NIOS. The new building was completed in 2007 in conjunction with our 20th Anniversary Celebration.
